Minister Jerushia McDonald-Hylton, a native of Las Vegas has gained notoriety in the world of fashion and entertainment as a print and runway model. Jerushia has traveled as a runway model and now running across the globe carrying the message of the gospel, peace and unity. She is a role model to millions across the globe with Women with a Vision Ministry (WWAV) and African Cry. Her love of the Word of God and people is contagious. Jerushia has the passion for worship of King David, the beauty and grace of Esther and the humble servitude of Ruth attracting believers and non-believers alike. Jerushia formed WWAV a faith based support group that seeks to uncover and nurture the spirit of God in women of all ages, nationalities, religious background or no spiritual background. Her vision was to create a ministry for women and children to effect change through creativity, the arts and faith in God. African Cry was Birthed from the CRY of Mother Afticas Childern from around the Globe , Minister. Jerushia has been TRAVAILING in the SPIRIT and in the FLESH for ALL who's CRY has come before the Lord's HEART and TEARS  have reached the Throne Room of God . Minister. The ministry is a unique and down-to-earth approach to teaching and ministry. WWAV and African Cry sponsors mission work, annual retreats to recover and restore the joy that is lost in the challenges and events in life; and to bridge the gap between the two nations.

Jerushia McDonald-Hylton expanded the ministry to the worldwide stage by launching to Internet Radio with inspirational programs showcasing inspirational artists; individual speakers and activists that echo the African Cry and the healing of nations. The Master’s Touch inspirational poets; Behind the Veil re-enactment of scriptures and Hot Java, must read books of the month. The program's foundation is scriptural as well as real testimonies from individuals with various backgrounds.

A former Ford model, Jerushia has graced the covers of Vogue magazine , Ebony and Essence magazine , Jerushia was one of the first plus size models who appeared on Essence and Ebony and Vogue magazines.

Her poise as a model led to appearances on The Oprah Show, The Phil Donahue Show, Good Morning America, Good Morning Los Angeles, and The Regis Philman Show. In addition to her worldwide ministry, McDonald-Hylton is a community activist, volunteer, a board member and affiliations with the following:

PRESENTLY 2021: While being locked down due to a global pandemic, the Holy Spirit Revealed a secret component for educating rural children to have NEW  tools in Education, cultural exchange, life skills, english studies, trade,  just to name a few, while pending to be patented, Jerushia is continue building relationship with directors, teacher from across the globe, to get her NEW academic requirements system, created for  children are NOT allowed education to benefit from her NEW academic system.    

Presently: Is the founder / producer of Jerushia UnScripted and Unplugged radio/ TV show , founder of Global United Voices Network , and the founder of“Africans Cry” Gathering, with the purpose & Mission Is To Unite, Heal, Atone & celebrate the re-uniting of the “African’s Diaspora” two people’s, who was separated due to Slavery! As Of October 2013, Jerushia will follow her spirit & dream. 

Launching her wings to the MotherLand “Africa” for at least a month to begin a journey that’s long overdue.  Jerushia McDonald-Hylton based on her divine mandate shall continue to carry the message of healing, restoration, strength of unity, sharing  love and the Word of God.
